I am Alena — Sound, Art and Movement Therapist.
YOGA, Sound Healing, Meditation, Pilates, Psychotherapy.
My work is rooted in supporting mental wellbeing, deep soul connection, and creating a grounded sense of balance in everyday life. I believe healing is not a single path, but a living and creative process that can unfold through movement, sound, expression, and presence.
Each day offers an opportunity to begin again — to gently release what no longer serves us and invite more curiosity, beauty, and compassion into the present moment. Over time, we learn to meet ourselves and life with more softness, playfulness, and understanding.
I create sessions that are intuitive, supportive, and adapted to each person’s individual needs and goals. Whether you are looking for relaxation, emotional support, creative expression, or deeper self-connection, we can explore the process together at your own pace.
I have a broad range of qualifications and experience across therapeutic and movement-based practices, including over 750 hours of yoga teacher training.
My intention is to create the space where healing comes naturally.
